The construction of Jumping Creek Estate consists of the construction of a subdivision of 209 residential blocks to be delivered over 6 stages as one package of works. Jumping Creek is the newest suburb in Queanbeyan NSW and its located an ecologically sensitive area along Jumping and Valley Creek.

Huon’s construction works for the project include:

• Earthworks with 380,000m3 of import fill
• Roadworks including a single span Super T bridge over Jumping Creek
• Surface and stormwater drainage including two multi cell culvert crossings
• Hydraulic and Underground Services
• Concrete Works
• Fencing and Environmental Protection
• Significant landscaping scope including riparian creek works and WSUD ponds
