Googong Neighbourhood 2 Package 1

The construction of Googong NH2 P1 will create 360 residential blocks including small lot and medium density housing. A large lake with a promenade will also be constructed, creating the heart of the Googong town centre.

The grand plan of Googong will take around 20 years to construct 6200 homes.
